As flowers are a perishable item, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

• All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery — if you are calling after hours, please leave a message with a time to reach you and phone number and we will call the next business day.
• We will replace any damaged item, which may have had its quality affected during our delivery process
• As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds, however if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available
• Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return

Our daily delivery window is between 9am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday. Occasionally, we may open up Sunday for orders. Orders must be placed before 2pm the day of, to guarantee delivery same day. Same day orders are subject to floral availability. We will contact you as soon as possible if what you’re request is unavailable. We always call the recipient prior to delivery to ensure that they can receive the arrangement. A flat rate of $5 delivery fee is charged for within Linden delivery. We also deliver to surrounding towns in the Kneehill area, please refer to our delivery fees chart.
