Please keep in mind the local florist will fulfill the order as closely as possible to your selection depending on season and availability. Your florist will substitute only items of equal or higher value to create a bouquet with the freshest available flowers.

As flowers are a perishable item, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

All issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery — if you are calling after hours, please leave a message with a time to reach you and a phone number and we will call the next business day.

We will replace any damaged item, which may have had its quality affected during shipping. Returns are accepted on a "quality" basis only.

As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds, however, if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available.
Our daily delivery window is between 9am - 6pm, Monday through Friday, and 9am - 5pm on Saturdays. Orders must be placed before 2pm the day of, to guarantee same-day delivery. Same-day orders are subject to floral availability. We will contact you as soon as possible if what you’re requesting is unavailable. If you require a timed delivery, please call us and speak with one of our staffs so we can make arrangements.
